Green Salads and Dressings
Our tossed green salads are made with romaine lettuce, shredded carrots, diced red peppers, green onions, and crunchy croutons.

Dressings:

   * Balsamic Vinaigrette
   * Caesar

Options
Add $0.50 per person to substitute fried rice for white steamed rice.
Add $1.50 per person for our freshly baked carrot cake.
Add $1.50 per person for drinks (bottled water and Hawaiian Sun sodas).
Add $1.00 per person for staffing for 80+ servings (includes catering set up,
       1 to 1-1/2 hours of serving, and service breakdown).

Note: Menu prices include paper plates, disposable forks and knives, napkins, plastic serving utensils, Ron's Teriyaki Sauce, and Sriracha Sauce (spicy chili garlic sauce).

Important Information
Minimum order for catering is 15 servings.

Fifty percent (50%) deposit required when placing the order. Balance is due seven (7) days prior to event.

Delivery is available for a $10 charge in Eugene city limits for minimum of 25 servings.

Ten percent (10%) gratuity is added for catering orders.
